Liquid makeup for africans/ dark skinned people?

Which liquid makeup/ foundation is the best? Which one does not rub out on clothes. The one I use stains my clothes, especially the neckline. Please help. ThanksLiquid makeup for africans/ dark skinned people?
I am not dark skinned, but my friend uses prescriptives (macy's or dillard's) because they carry over 36 shades of foundation. there's one for every shade skin, and if not they can create one for you.

as for the rubbing off, i don't think she has that problem. she always speaks highly of it.Liquid makeup for africans/ dark skinned people?
for dark skin people iv had most luck with MAC theres warm and cool tones and they run really dark

for alot of coverage i love studio fix fluid, it also comes in powder with less coverage.
Try Revlon ColorStay/or Iman 's Second to None Foundation's. I have tried several but I think the absolute worse to rub off was Black Opal. Love their colors, but it rubs so bad. With Revlon's and Iman's it's not nearly as bad. It mainly only happenes when I'm turning my head and my collar hits my face. And also that may be the powder and not the foundation that's rubbing off.
Check this site,I'm sure you gonna find a good foundation for your skin type: www.kettcosmetics.com
