Any suggestions for liquid eyeliner or any other makeup?

I just have to have the best inexpensive makeup. I just ran out of mascara and liquid eyeliner and I'm also thinking of getting some foundation. I do not Want the expensive ones!!! I'm considering l'oreal's telescopic or voluminous mascara but I do not like the waterproof ones because I made the mistake of buying Maybelline's Lash Stylist and it was too clumpy and too sticky and too messy. I ran out of my Volume Express, it was a lil messy and clumpy. I currently have love my eyes liquid eyeliner but its messy too. I have no ideas for that one. regular eyeliner, I'm considering mark's eyemarker in jet, i used to use line stylist. I'm also considering physician's formula's cream foundation. i really want the compact cream foundation. well i think thats itAny suggestions for liquid eyeliner or any other makeup?
I am a professional makeup artist I've worked for MAC, Estee Lauder, and Lancome so I know products that are comparable to higher-priced cosmetics. My absolute FAVORITE eyeliner is Almay Amazing I liner - I've used it for over 10 years. L'oreal Voluminous mascara is my favorite too. As for foundation, it depends on your skin type. I would stick with something like Neutrogena which is know for being a little better for your skin. Make sure you use some blush too. CoverGirl's cheeker's blush colors look great on everyone %26amp; blends very well :)Any suggestions for liquid eyeliner or any other makeup?
Try to buy sample sizes, write to manufacturer or email them for freebies and coupons. Throw out makeup after 3 months continous use or not. Watch out not to buy make up already expired!

I heard not good to pump the mascara or liquid eyeliner to many times, it introduces to much oxygen into it.

I usually use anything from Ulta3 (a cosmetic store) or buy anything from maybelline or Cover girl. I like the mascara that is in a red tube and shaped like an hourglass. It doesn't clump. The best foundation I have used is a light tinted moisturizer with SPF 15, I think it's by maybelline. Any liquid eyeliner that has the little pointed foam thing is good...you can control it better, and again it's by maybelline. Physicians Formula is Awesome no matter what you use.
I like the Love My Eyes brands but I use the pencils I run the tip under hot water for less than a second and it makes it soft enuf to glide right on and then blend it with a Q-tip, I like Maybelline's Great Lash mascara it goes on perfect every time! Foundation I like the Cover Girl brands most of all! And I think Cover Girl does make a foundation in a compact form, also Rimmel is a good brand and cheap for eyeliners and blush!
