Okay, well, i went makeup shopping for Valentines Day and i bought the Neutrogena mineral sheers liquid makeup. But i cant seem to get it open/to work? I am blonde if you're wondering so it might just be me. :):):)

Don't know sorry.If it's in a stick you may need to twist it at the end to get it to work.
