you turn the bottle upside down and leave it like that until you need to use it agian.
I'd say buy a new one. I never use my make up to the last because after a period of time it's no longer good. So toss it.

Squeeze and drip it out! But I don't see the point in waiting for it to come out. I would just buy a new one! =D
turn it upside down and wait for it to come to the bottom and then just squeeze. if that doesnt work because it probably dried up, you should try and put a bit of water in there and shake it up, and try again. it will be more liquidy
