Can you take liquid makeup in carry on luggage?

http://www.tsa.gov/travelers/airtravel/p鈥?/a>

this says I can, but everybody else told me no.

What should I do, please tell me. I am going from USA to PakCan you take liquid makeup in carry on luggage?
Yes, 3 oz. or less. Here's the crazy thing. My sister flew just last week and had an unopened bottled of Bath %26amp; Body hand cream. It was a 4-oz. bottle so the security guard apologized and threw it away. When she arrived, she showed me a nail polish remover bottle that was 4 oz., but only half full. That went through. They were in a clear plastic bag detected by the x-ray machine to get to your gate. (You know the one where you almost have to strip!).

Go figure. I purchased a travel set of plastic containers that are all 3 oz. That way, I know I am not going over the limit.

Have a wonderful, safe trip. Can you take liquid makeup in carry on luggage?
Yes you can as long as it is 3 ounces or less and you carry it in a sealed, clear plastic baggie (Ziploc). The TSA sets the guidelines, so if their website says yes, then you can.
as long as you put it in a clear, plastic, zip-lock baggie and as long as the make-up container is less than 3 oz. - I believe.
Put everything liquid in a small plasic bag and each item must be under 3 ounces I think that's how it was when I went on a trip to Georgia a few months ago.
