yes you can do that with lotions and press powder also.Can I make liquid makeup...?
I am pretty sure it would! I have never tried it. What you could do is apply a lotion or foundation, then add a powder cover-up, I am pretty sure it would be nice!

try applying the cream foundation first and then setting it with powder. that way you wont have a mess from mixing and you get long lasting coverage.
