If I have a product that is liquid, who do I call to get an analysis and find out the chemical makeup?

This depends greatly upon exactly what this ';product'; is.

A simple industrial solvent could probably be identified by any organic chemistry lab at a local college or university. Depending upon your location, there may or may not be any commercial analytical labs.

If your product is a specialized or proprietary mixture, you may have a very difficult time determining the components. For example many perfumes are difficult to ';reverse engineer';. This would require a very specialized lab run by someone who clearly knows the business.
